PortfolioArmor.com, and the Portfolio Armor iOS app, which are owned and operated by Launching Innovation LLC, ("We/Us") is committed to your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we use your personal identifying information. This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time without advance notice to you. Please review this document each time you visit us or use any of our tools or services.

We collect information so that we can provide you with proper service and to improve our services, content and tools and so that we can administer our user accounts. We also collect information so that we can make sure that our users can easily navigate our site and locate the tools and services that they wish to use.

It is our policy, except as noted below, not to sale, trade, lease, give away or otherwise release your personal information, which includes your name, surface address, home or business telephone number and your e-mail address. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. When we request your credit card information it is entered into a form on our site then immediately transferred to Authorize.net via a 256-bit encrypted connection certified by an SSL (secure socket layer) certificate issued by COMODO CA limited. Your credit card information is then stored on Authorize.net. Authorize.net issues transaction IDs regarding your transactions stored and accessed on our database. In those cases where we wish to reference your credit card information, we pass the transaction ID back to Authorize.net so that we can be given access to that information. However, at no time do we store the credit card’s personally identifiable information such as name, email, address and other related information in our own database.

3. Exceptions to our Privacy Policy

Possible exceptions to our policy include the following circumstances, and as indicated herein:

If a governmental agency, or an attorney, subpoenas your private information, or makes a formal request for discovery pursuant to any legal action, or pending legal action, should we posses that information, then we would share whatever personally identifying information we possess with the seeking party. If the law requires that we release your personal information, we will have no choice but to release it.

We will cooperate with any law enforcement agency that is investigating a potential or actual crime that we have reported, or that a third party has reported. That may require us to release your personal information to such law enforcement agencies.

If our attorney requests personally identifying information relevant to a current or pending legal matter in which you are a potential or actual party or otherwise contributed in some way to the causation of the legal matter then we will share whatever personally identifying information that we may have with our attorney.
